Version 1 of The Black Manta had been a real show stopper ever since it debuted at the 2015 Manila Auto Salon, where it received the Best of Show Extreme Custom Car Award. Driven in the streets of Manila, pedestrians, motorists, and car enthusiasts call it, The Batmobile, The Black Mamba, The Devil, and all mean-looking nicknames you can think of. For us at Car Porn Racing, we call it, The Black Manta.

The brainchild of Car Porn Racing and Mad King Custom webshow, Ian King, gets serious in his build to create a custom one-off carbon fiber Corvette C6, which he calls, The Black Manta. Witness the pain staking process from concept collaboration, to using 3D technology to aid in fabricating the mold and the actual fiber kit, and to seeing it hoon the streets of Manila. Watch the build progress and see it take shape and come to life.
